Andre boasts a phenomenal track record of 20 stellar years across a multitude of client-focused environments in his professional career, which includes owning his own construction company. In fact, Andre is so passionate about building homes, he was able to complete his 4-year apprenticeship as a carpenter an entire 12 months early, then went on to complete his builder’s certificate – and is a qualified builder and carpenter to this day. Andre drew on his professional skills and passion for property to consolidate a career in real estate as the co-founder of IDG alongside his wife Annika Hjulgren.
Thus, Andre’s roots in real estate are deep; he has the kind of foundation that allows him to reveal the true value within the walls of each property for his clients. And best of all, he practices what he preaches: Andre owns several investment properties himself. With more than five years of international and local experience in service, marketing, tourism, and investment industries, Annika brings a broad skill set to IDG as our digital marketing specialist and licensed sales agent.
Annika launched her marketing career with exposure to destination marketing and digital marketing campaigns for local Gold Coast businesses, community groups and leisure markets. She worked on several key Gold Coast projects for destination marketing, risk management and research projects, including the V8 Supercars Armor All Gold Coast 600.
Annika graduated with a Bachelor of Business double majoring in Marketing and Sustainable Tourism Management from Griffith University, in the Gold Coast.
Before joining Integral Development Group, she worked in the marketing department at a world-renowned tourism company, focusing on digital marketing and social media. After leaving the corporation, Annika focused on managing her own investment projects and is a licensed sales agent through REIQ.

Paul has a personal passion for his family, travel and sport โ stemming from achieving High School and College scholarships to play basketball in the United States.

KATIE BROCHMANN

As a third-generation Gold Coaster Katie has intimate and extensive knowledge of the region and community. After living, working and travelling both interstate and internationally Katie feels the Gold Coast is a fantastic place to raise her children with her husband, Paul.
Local community expertise
Whilst studying for her Bachelor of Laws at Gold Coastโs renowned Bond University she spent years learning to build business relationships and working with clients as an Articled Clerk in general legal practice with a focus on Property Law and Estate Planning. This grounding sets her apart in an industry where acting in the best interest of the client matters.
She is a Qualified Justice of The Peace who believes in and is active in the Gold Coast community, coaching and managing her childrenโs Basketball teams and volunteering at her children’s schools. With an innate knowledge of the school systems, she is a favourite agent with families looking to relocate.
Genuinely cares
Katie boasts an impressive entrepreneurial and grassroots background. In her youth she began work as a legal secretary at Burleigh Heads with no prior experience or qualifications, quickly learning all facets of general legal practice and making herself invaluable to the firm. A year later, she left with an associate to start a firm in Surfers Paradise where she became the right hand to the Principal Lawyer.
Katie’s dedication and tenacity oversaw the small firm’s rapid growth as she managed new staff and work distribution. She attributes the firm’s success to treating every client as if they were our only client – an ethos she stands by just as strongly today.
